Test for Week 3

For the push-up challenge, I have to take another max-out “test” before the beginning of Week 3.

To be honest, I just wanted to do enough to get to the third column (26-30). And, not that I want to use an excuse, but I played basketball for about 3 hours.

Any way, I maxed out 40 push-ups. Good enough for me

Back at it. Today, I was scheduled to do:

with 120 second rest in between each rep.

15 push-ups (check)

13 push-ups (check)

10 push-ups (check)

10 push-ups (check)

and finally max-out. I maxed out at 36 push-ups.

Total amount done: 84 push-ups.

Back at it. Today, I was scheduled to do:

with 90 second rest in between each rep.

12 push-ups (check)

and finally max-out. I maxed out at 30 push-ups.

Total amount done: 74 push-ups.

Well, today was the first day of my push-up challenge. I was scheduled to do:

followed by maxing out. I maxed out at 20 push-ups.

Total push-ups done today: 54 push-ups. I can already feel the burn.

Today was 0 day for my 100 push-up challenge.

The goal was to max out today to get a base-line number and then correlate it to a chart that would tell me how many reps I need to do.

Max Number: 35
