Test for Week 3
Sunday, August 3rd, 2008For the push-up challenge, I have to take another max-out “test” before the beginning of Week 3.
To be honest, I just wanted to do enough to get to the third column (26-30). And, not that I want to use an excuse, but I played basketball for about 3 hours.
Any way, I maxed out 40 push-ups. Good enough for me
